Issue: The current budget within the above line items reflects a 1-year budget cycle. The line item transfer will adjust the budget for these line items to reflect a 2-year grant budget cycle. 

Solution: Request a line item transfer.

Result: The accounts will have sufficient funds to cover expenditures for a 2-year grant budget cycle.
