Discussion and possible action to enter into Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract with Garver LLC in the amount of Twenty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars ($24,638.00) for a Point Cloud Survey of Webb County’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) which will capture three-dimensional (3D) images of facilities, composed of millions of data points and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF)]

Issue: Survey work is needed so that the engineering firm designing improvements to the County's wastewater treatment plant can be accurately designed.

Solution: Enter into contract amendment to have the survey services provided.

Background:

Survey is needed to continue the design process for improvements to the WWTP.
