Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to the "Software License and Professional Services Agreement" with Tyler Technologies regarding the Enterprise Justice Software module which will now allow the courts, over a one-year period, to send up to 50,000 electronic text notifications regarding court settings to all parties involved in criminal cases, at a cost of Thirty Thousand Forty Dollars ($30,040.00) for software license and implementation, authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.
