Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $36,003.62 to Quantcorp Construction, LLC., for the Webb County Medical Examiners Renovation Project; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: This project has been completed. Vendor is requesting that the retainage final pay application be approved for ratification, and they can get paid before August 14, 2023.

Solution: Approve and release retainage amount and close out project.
