Discussion and possible action to approve a contract between the office of the Attorney General (AOG) and Webb County (COUNTY). The purpose is to create a AOG case management system for child support orders and family violence information. The contract shall commence on September 1, 2014 and terminate on August 31, 2016. The AOG will forward a “federal Share” and reimbursement costs to the COUNTY as stipulated in the contract and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Requested by Esther Degollado, Webb County District Clerk]
