Discussion and possible action to approve the Lease and Maintenance Agreement form for Toshiba Business Solution.

Issue: Webb County is currently using a separate form for the Fair Market Value Lease Agreement and the Maintenance Agreement.

Solution: We will be consolidating the Lease and Maintenance Agreement into one form.

Result: Departments will have one contract for both the lease and maintenance agreement.
