Discussion and possible action to approve the CPI (Consumer Price Index) adjustment with the lease agreement between Webb County Head Start and the City of Laredo International Airport for land located at 4704 Naranjo Street. The monthly cost for the lease including CPI increase will be TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS ($2,478.70) per month for the term of One (1) year (August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016) for a total cost of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($29,744.40) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
