Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (August 10, 2015 through August 9, 2019) Fair Market Value Lease Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Auditor’s Office for a Toshiba Digital Copier E-Studio 6570C at a cost of Two Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Seven Cents ($215.07) per month for a total amount of Ten Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($10,323.36) over the term of the agreement, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter F., Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Contract No. DIR-TSO-3042, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
