Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month agreement between Webb County and Time Warner Cable for 10Mbx1Mb internet services pursuant to purchasing cooperative contract Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program DIR Contract# DIR-TEX-AN-NG-CTSA-008, services to be located at the Webb County Justice Center Building at a monthly payment of ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND NINETY-FIVE CENTS ($114.95) plus any additional surcharges and a one-time installation fee of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00), subject to annual budget appropriation; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
