Issue:
Lack of progress on project over the last year.
Solution:
A meeting was held at the Engineering Department on Friday, July 31, 2015 with the Contractor, Legal, Architect and Engineering Staff to negotiate a substantial completion date of August 31, 2015.
Result:
Contractor has agreed to infuse additional funds needed into the project in order to get the pending work completed by the above mentioned date by trades that still have pending work.
