Discussion and possible action to approve an incentive for Slot #1901, at the Utilities Department, from Operator I - Pay Grade 12/A-E, Rate-$15.15-$15.93 to Operator II - Pay Grade 14/A-E, Rate-$16.73-$17.58 at the Utilities Department, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines.

Issue: Employee obtained C License.

Solution: Approval of Title Change and Pay Grade/Rate.

Result: Allows for efficiency, effectiveness and production of work within the department to better serve the needs of our customers, the residents of Rio Bravo and El Cenizo.
