Issue:
The office is in need of several items (office chairs, workstation desk, laptop, and smart board) and there is a shortage in funds to complete the purchase of these items.
Solution:
Transferring of these funds will complete the process of these pending purchases.
Result:
Once these items have been purchased the office will run more effectively and no longer need to borrow items from other departments.
