Discussion and possible action to approve an amended agreement between Early Head Start and the Early Head Start Child Care Partners (Kristina Renee Gonzalez DBA, Crayon Company and Dr. Miroslava Vargas DBA, Education Center) to reflect revised reimbursement rates and advance payment to cover payroll expenses.

Background:

Issue: The current "per child" reimbursement rate is not of a sufficient amount for partners to cover payroll expenses.

Solution: Increase the rate of reimbursement and provide a cash advancement for payroll expenses.

Result: The partners will receive sufficient income to cover the cost of payroll.

Previous Court Action:

July 27, 2015. Contract dates were corrected.
