Discussion and possible action to approve a Non-Financial Cooperative Agreement, between Webb County for the Head Start/Early Head Start program and Community Action Corporation of South Texas Project Ninos Early Childhood Intervention Program (hereinafter, referred to as ECI).The intent of the agreement is to provide the most appropriate program in the least restrictive environment for children with disabilities. The agreement will begin on September 1, 2015 and end on August 31, 2018 and authorizing the Webb County judge to execute all relevant documents.
