Issue: There is currently a negative balance in the part-time payroll account for the Rio Bravo Activity Center.

Solution: Transfer part-time monies to make the funds available to cover payroll expenses for pay period ending August 4, 2016 and the remainder of the fiscal year.

Result: Assure payment to all employees for hours worked.
