Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $6,634.59 to WRI Trautmann LP, Accounts #90230001011 through #94730001050, as per Supplement 15 Certified 2015, Adjust values per judgment from District Court 406th Judicial Cause #2014CV8001656D4 for the years 2014 and 2015.

Issue: Various accounts had values adjusted per Cause #2014CV8001656D4 for years 2014 and 2015. These adjustments generated refunds since the accounts had been paid prior to receiving said adjustment from the Webb County Appraisal District.

Solution: Refund said amount to WRI Trautmann LP for their over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
