Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month (August 22, 2016 through August 21, 2021) Lease Agreement between Ecolab, Inc. and Webb County for the Webb County Sheriff’s Office for a Phase II Dishmachine at a cost of Three Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($374.96) per month for a total amount of Twenty Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents ($22,497.60) over the term of the agreement, subject to annual budget appropriating and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
