Discussion and possible action to rescind and revoke the court's approval of agenda item #25, approved on June 27, 2016. The agenda item dealt with caterpillar equipment including Two (2) caterpillar motor graders and Three (3) backhoe loaders and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Jose Luis Rodriguez,  Road and Bridge Department Superintendent]

: The equipment requested was not appropriate.

Solution: Approval of new lease for motor graders and backhoe loaders.

Result: Acquire the proper equipment for Road and Bridge Department.
