Discussion and possible action to approve the 2017 proposed employee benefit plan rate adjustment for all eligible full-time employees and dependents, retirees and dependents, as recommended by the insurance committee, effective January 1, 2017. Rates will be calculated on an annual basis and adjusted to the 26 week pay period only, as presented in supporting attachment; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Insurance Committee]
