Discussion and possible action for Webb County to approve the annual consumer price index (CPI) adjustment in accordance with the lease agreement between the City of Laredo and Webb County for the Webb County Head Start Program regarding approximately 1.0128 acres of land located at 4704 Naranjo Street at the City of Laredo Airport. The new monthly rental cost will increase by Fifty Two Dollars and Seventy Eight Cents ($52.78) for a new monthly rental cost of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Six Dollars and Twenty Two Cents ($2,566.22) over the August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019 term of the agreement and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
