Discussion and possible action to award RFP 2018-005 "Treatment Alternative to Incarceration Program (TAIP)" to sole proposer Association for the Advancement of Mexican Americans (AAMA); and authorizing the civil legal division to review, negotiate price schedule, and finalize the agreements, and further authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. This RFP is in accordance with Texas Government Code; Chapter 2254 (Professional and Consulting Services). This action will have no impact on the County's General Fund Budget. Issue: TAIP contract is set to expire August 31, 2018.

Solution: Award contract to qualified proposer.

Result: Continue Treatment Alternative to Incarceration Program operations with CSCD.
