Discussion and possible action to approve a Master Software and Support Services Subscription and License agreement between Webb County and ESO Solutions, Inc., a Texas Corporation for a term of One (1) year, commencing August 14, 2018 thru August 13, 2019, at an annual fee of $1,290.00, including a (4) hour Webinar Online Training Session in order to provide the Webb County Volunteer Fire Department with the ability to have online documentation and track fire-fighting incidents and/or E.M.S. incident related data reporting information online, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
