Discussion and possible action to award the lowest responsible bidder of Invitation to Bid (ITB) #2018-004 "Webb County Property Parking Lot" to All In Construction, LLC from San Antonio, Texas in the amount of Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Nine ($66,439.00) for construction of the Webb County Annex parking lot at 1000 Houston, and authorize the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Commissioners Court; Account #3050-7380-001-470000 (Capital Outlay Series 2010)]

Issue: Courthouse Visitors do not have sufficient parking spaces.

Solution: Relocate Courthouse staff members to proposed parking lot.

Result: Maximize parking space for both County staff and Courthouse visitors/general public.

Previous Court Action:

On March 26, 2018, Commissioner's Court authorized Purchasing to Solicit Bids for the construction of the Court House Annex Parking lot.
