Discussion and possible action to enter into a two (2) year (October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2020) Employee Assistance Program Services Agreement between Webb County and Deer Oaks EAP Services, LLC to provide counseling services for the Webb County Employees a total cost of One Dollar and Thirty Nine ($1.39) per employee per month in an amount not to exceed $25,000 throughout the term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
