Discussion and possible action approve the annual consumer price index (CPI) adjustment as provided for in a lease agreement with the City of Laredo for the premises located at 4704 Naranjo St. (Head Program premises) for a monthly rental of Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars and Eight-One cents ($2,627.81) representing an increase of Sixty-One dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents ($61.59) effective August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Background:

CPI adjustments are contemplated under the lease agreement with the City of Laredo and occur annually. The option to continue the lease was exercised and the lease teminatesJuly 31, 2022.
