Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Independent School District (UISD) and Webb County concerning the Student-Parent Reunification Process involving School Campus Emergency Evacuations. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of one (1) year (August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020) and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
