Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to seek competitive pricing for the purchase and installation of an outdoor soccer enclosure rink to include the resurfacing of the existing concrete slab; the Purchasing Agent will seek competitive pricing from cooperative contract vendors for soccer enclosure and informal bids for the resurfacing of concrete slab.
