Discussion and possible action to approve the amendment to the per diem rate paid as part of a request for equitable adjustment by the Webb County Detention Center for the care of federal detainees, as part of the Inter- Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA) Contract 70DCR18DIG000004 that was entered into pursuant to Texas Government Code §272.005 and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This will have no impact on the County's General Fund. [Webb County Detention Center; Account #1001-209250-180]
