Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of commercial advertisement with KYLX CBS Laredo by the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, for the “Make the Right Call” campaign. The campaign discourages drinking and driving in Webb County. There will be 238 commercial spots, starting September, 2019, through December, 2020, with a total cost of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00). The Webb County District Attorney’s Office will be featured in the advertisement and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Isidro R.
