Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following Slot, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective August 26, 2019. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the budget and award are compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.

Issue: Currently, the slot for Case Manager is vacant.

Solution: Commissioners Court approval will allow for the position to be filled and operable under the SAMSHA grant. All salary and fringe benefits will be paid 100% by grant funds.

Result: The slot will be able to be filled effective August 26, 2019 under the title of Case Manager.
