Discussion and possible action to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Lubbock County for the Regional Public Defender for Capital Cases for FY 2020 and FY 2021 which will provide court-appointed counsel for individuals charged with the offense of capital murder (death-eligible) at a cost to Webb County of Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($69,861.00) per fiscal year; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. Background:
