Presentation by Gary Skoien, President and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Group Properties regarding the possibility of a colossal Ferris Wheel being added to downtown Laredo, connected to the Outlet Shoppes at Laredo. Economic benefits to Webb County will be addressed, and how such a landmark destination will positively affect tourism in the area.
