Discussion and possible action to authorize a budget amendment for the purchase of intercom system that has been out of service at the Juvenile Department in an amount not to exceed $356,000.00 with additional action to authorize budget amendment necessary and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve)]

Issue: In attempt to decrease expenses for the next fiscal year, this much needed intercom replacement is being scheduled for this year with the remaining operational reserve monies.

Solution: Process line item transfer in order to pay for necessary intercom system.

Result: Functional intercom system for the Juvenile Department.
