Issue: A Title Search is needed for property in Lot No. 42 in Ranchitos los Centenarios. Residents are complaining about road conditions due to previous thunderstorms. Previously, Webb County does not have a Right of Way due to owner being a minor under a Trustee. Owner is of age and is able to sign Right of Way.

Solution: Budget Officer approved Ministerial Budget Amendment for the procurement of Title Search.

Result: Approve and ratify so that road in Ranchitos Los Centenarios can be maintained by the Road & Bridge Department.
