Issue: Proceeds from the sale of O.P.S.G. equipment from the U. S. Department of Justice may be spent after a budget for the expenditure of the proceeds has been submitted to the governing body.

Solution: Submit a breakdown of monies distributed to the governing body that clearly lists and defines the categories expenditures.

Result: These funds will be available for official use to meet the needs of the office, and will br used towards the purchase of 21 Bullet Proof Vest Body Armor.
