Discussion and possible action to approve a line item transfer to cover future costs associated with Inmate Groceries and Nurses Overtime (Account #1001-4090-001-463005 Groceries & #1001-4080-001-413000 Nurses Overtime) in an amount not to exceed $88,000; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve)]

Issue: (2) unfilled nurses positions, have caused current employees to work longer shifts. Webb County jail is low on funds for future food expenses.

Solution: Request approval from Commissioners Court to fund mentioned accounts.

Result: Nurses will be able to work overtime. Purchase of groceries will continue as scheduled.
