Discussion and possible action to enter into a one (1) year Technical Support and Software Maintenance Renewal agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) commencing October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 to provide software maintenance support for the Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping and 911 software utilized by the Webb County Planning Department at a cost of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED & NO/100 DOLLARS ($8,400.00), and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
