Discussion and possible action to enter an Order of the Commissioners Court appointing Assistant Fire Chief Felix Nunez as the Webb County Fire Marshal for a two year term, pursuant to Local Government Code §352.011, and setting and approving the bond at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

Fire Marshal is needed to promote the health safety and welfare of the unincorporated areas of Webb County.
