Discussion and possible action to enter into an addendum to the Lease and Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and Webb County for the Webb County Clerk's Office for one (1) Toshiba E-Studio KIP 660 2 Roll Digital Copier, at a cost of Four Thousand One Hundred Eight Dollars and Seventy-One Cents ($4,108.71) per quarter which will be incorporated into the Master Agreement with Toshiba Business Solutions Agreement Number 1579483-000, subject to commissioners court annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Background:

The County has a current Agreement with Toshiba and an additional copier is required for the Webb County Clerks Office. The Master Agreement will include the billing for this Copier.

On July 27, 2020 Webb County Entered into a Sixty (60) month (October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2025) Copier Lease and Maintenance Agreement between Toshiba Business and Financial Solutions in order to consolidate all copiers into a Master Agreement with Toshiba.
