Discussion and possible action to enter into a Financial Advisory Services Agreement with Tijerina, Galvan Lawrence LLC to serve as Webb County Financial Advisor at the compensation fees set out in the agreement for debt instrument issuance which are based on the gross bond proceeds of the obligation which are as follows:

BASE	$20,000
Plus	$2.50	Per	$1,000	Up to	$10,000,000
Plus	$2.00	Per	$1,000	For Next	$10,000,00
Plus	$1.25	Per	$1,000	For Next	$10,000,00
Plus	$0.85	Per	$1,000	Thereafter

and for Services rendered to Webb County involving Special Purpose Districts, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) or some other entity, the fee shall be as follows:

BASE	$20,000
Plus	2% of the gross bond proceeds generated from any financing

and for any services the Financing Team performs not listed in the Scope of Services in the Agreement, the following hourly fee structure shall apply:

Managing Director	$350.00
Director	$300.00
Senior Analyst/Analyst	$250.00
Administrative Assistant	$150.00

and Authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. [Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (“Professional Services”)]

Solution: Webb County solicited Request for Proposal (RFP 2023-009) for a Financial Advisor for Webb County

Result: On July 24, 2023, Webb County selected the Firm of Tijerina Galvan Lawrence LLC to serve as Webb County Financial Advisors.
