Discussion and possible action to enter into a contract amendment number One (1) to the rural transportation federal fund grant agreement No. RPT 1204 (22) 38 with the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, wherein Webb County accepts an increase of EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE ($89,869.00) to the original grant amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIVE ($254,205.00) for the "El Aguila rural transportation program"; and authorizng the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [This grant does not require any cash match from Webb County] [Requested by Juan Vargas, Webb County Communty Action Agency Executive Director]

Background:

Amendment number 1 is being submitted by the Texas Department of Transportation allocating an additional $89,869.00 to the original Federal Grant of $254,205.00 for a total grant amount of $344,074.00.
