I had previously submitted this agenda item on August, 11, 2014, and it was approved, but I had submitted it with a salary range of between $64,549.38-$66,173.20 (for 0-2 years experience). I have had very few applicants, and so I need to increase the salary range (in compliance with the wage and classification schedule) for a Level 22 attorney as well as the years of experience (up to 6 years experience).
