Discussion and possible action to enter into a Forty-Eight (48) month (September 22, 2014 to September 21, 2016) Lease Agreement between Toshiba Business Solutions and the Webb County Planning Department for a Toshiba Digital Copier E-Studio 6570CT at a cost of Three Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Seven Cents ($347.07) per month for a total amount of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Thirty-Six Cents ($16,659.36) over the term of the agreement, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter F., Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 721.101 and 271.102, DIR-SDD Contract No. 1686, subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
