Discussion and possible action to authorize the transfer of the following patrol units to the Zapata County Independent School District Police Department and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto:

Background:

The Webb County Sheriff's Office fleet division coordinator reports that the aforementioned vehicles were purchased through general revenue funds. Unit 27-104 has acquired 155,426 miles, and Unit 27-108 has logged 182,873 miles. This will be a donation; and, therefore, Webb County will not be receiving any monies or in-kind services. The vehicle will be utilized by the Zapata County Independent School District for law enforcement purposes.
