Discussion and possible action to enter into a Subcontract Agreement with Serving Children and Adults in Need, Inc. to provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, evidence based outpatient drug treatment and discharge planning for the Webb County Court at Law #2 Juvenile Drug Court Program for a term of Three (3) years that shall commence on September 30, 2014 and expire on September 29, 2017 at a yearly cost of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00), with a total cost of Six Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($675,000.00), subject to annual budget appropriation, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
