Discussion and possible action to exercise a One (1) time, Two (2) year lease extension option between Webb County and Laredo Real Foods, Inc. Extension was provided for in the original lease agreement between Webb County and Laredo Real Foods, Inc. in the contract dated August 1, 2012 for the use of property located at 1319 Hidalgo St., Laredo, Texas 78040 by the Webb County Community Action Agency Meals on Wheels Program and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
