Discussion and possible action to approve the use of online auctioneer Rene Bates Auctioneers, Buy Board Contract #457-14 pursuant to Section 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F, Cooperative Purchasing Program, Texas Local Government Code as an option for auctioneering services to Webb County. Auctioneer will require a 7.5% fee from the proceed of each sale, and have the County Judge sign the Professional Services Agreement.
