Discussion and possible action to approve and ratify the Letter of Agreement between Recovery Healthcare Corporation and the 406 th District Court Program for Grant Program period of: September 1, 2015-August 31, 2016. Grant Number: 20166407.

Issue: Sobriety Treatment Program requires monitoring devices to observe alcohol intake and global positioning system monitoring.

Solution: Obtaining services of Recovery Healthcare is one of the key component of grant requirements.

Result: By integrating the lmonitoring devices that specializes in supervising DWI and Drug related cases.

Background:

This letter of agreement is established for the provider, Recovery monitoring (GPS) devices to the 406 th District Drug Court Program in which grant application is from the Texas Office of the Governor Criminal Justice Division Drug Court Grand Fund.

Previous Court Action:

The Webb County Commissioners Court approved and authorized Letter of Agreement between Recovery Healthcare Corporation and the 406 th District Court Program in Webb County which was authorized and implemented via the DJ-Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant.
