Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to negotiate a rental space contract with F D Laurel Properties LLC (1308 San Agustin) for the relocation of the Economic Development Department for a period not to exceed Three (3) years and authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documentation.

Issue: The Economic Development Department is housed at the Tex Mex Building which is soon to be demolished.

Solution: Temporary relocation of the Economic Development Department within close proximity of the downtown area.

Result: Renting the property located at 1308 San Agustin will resolve this issue.
