Discussion and possible action to request an additional forensic engineering report regarding the structural integrity of the old courthouse annex building located on the corner of Houston and San Agustin street. Said building has been declared unsafe and the court took emergency action on August 24, 2015 to proceed with the demolition of said building in order to avoid serious risk to the public and any potential county liability if no action is taken; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Tano Tijerina, County Judge]
